I recently bought the trading figure set by Yujin of the Higurashi Daybreak Portable game (/slowpoke). I would have bought it ages ago but there were no real pictures of it up at the time of pre-order and they got snatched up really fast.

Umineko no Naku Koro ni – 03

Emotions ignite as the members of the Island come to grips with the recent horrific tragedy that has taken place in the rose garden shed. Everyone present is mortified, especially George who is revealed to his family as having proposed to Shannon, the sixth corpse in the shed.

The Epitaph under the Portrait

In the first episode of Umineko no Naku Koro ni, Ushiromiya Battler encounters the Epitaph under the portrait. It is known that in 1984, Ushiromiya Kinzo had commissioned the portrait of Beatrice to be painted and he displayed it alongside the mystifying and perplexing Epitaph.

Umineko no Naku Koro ni – 02

The family congregate in the dining area for dinner, the discussion turns to who it was that gave Maria the umbrella, however Maria exclaims cheerfully that it was Beatrice that gave it to her. At the end of the meal, Maria enquires if they had finished and produces a letter from her bag with the family crest on it, sealed by the head of family ring.

I can’t think of much to say, besides Welcome! I acquired hosting for the sole purpose of sharing my passion for particular series’ of Anime and to comment on my experiences within this popular culture. I have been watching Anime mainstream now for around 3 years, and have always loved and viewed the medium many years before that.

I currently live in Sydney, Australia and my favourite anime series is Higurashi no Naku Koro ni (Higurashi: When They Cry), the first of the ever growing in popularity; Naku Koro ni (When they Cry) series.
