





Set in the world of Amberground where there is neverending twilight, Gauche Suede discovers the letter he was sent for is this abandoned boy, passed out and chained to a post. The boy’s name is Lag Seeing, as indicated by the postage sticker on his arm and Gauche explains his role as a Letter Bee to deliver said letters to their senders destination of choosing.

On their way to the gathering, Rosa loses her temper at Maria’s passion for Halloween aswell as accepting candy from strangers, and turns to abuse. It is just before the family members arrive and the current residents of Rokkenjima prepare for the arrival of guests. While waiting for their boat, George practices his proposal and Maria shares some of her Halloween spirit with Battler. Kumasawa explains to Jessica some of the folklore/legend about the witch, Beatrice while being very gloomy and ominous.

Yeah… I’m late to the party; I know. It’s only half way into the first episodes of the Season and it’s not a great lineup, there’s actually not much I’m really that interested in watching besides a very select few that I am hesitant about. As far as this season is concerned, it is lackluster in comparison to last Fall Season where some titles became huge hits, like Toradora, Kuro Shitsuji and Clannad: After Story to name a few.
This season doesn’t have a vast selection of promising shows but I’ve got my eye on a few in particular; especially Kobato, Fairy Tail and Seitokai no Ichizon. However Trapeze and Letter Bee look very interesting aswell. I’ll just have to wait and see.

We go back in time before the events that take place on Rokkenjima, Shannon and George are visiting an aquarium, they are on a date enjoying themselves as they confess their feelings to one another. It is now December 1985, and Shannon destroys a sacred mirror kept inside the Shrine overlooking the shore of the island, claiming that she kept her end of the bargain.

Maria still facing the wall, eerily singing her song, is interupted by a frightened Battler who is even more startled when he is told that the 3 people dead in the room were all murdered by Beatrice. Maria exclaims that Beatrice told her to face the wall and sing a song, that the eighth Twilight is over and Beatrice will revive.
