Yeah! I got lazy to post because of looking for a full-time job and spending nearly every single cent I have on Merchandise and my new computer. I’ll post after the new year. But I have gotten a lot of interesting things this past month. Firstly my christmas present; I got a 24″ Monitor. It’s pretty damn nice, and it goes well with the new computer I built. I also got a bit of money from relatives which went towards building back my funds.
As for Umineko, the show is over and it was a fun ride but a little disappointed that it cut soo many corners. I’ll just end up writing a full review of it, I had 12-17 written up but I hadn’t taken the pictures, so don’t expect episodical reviews of them now that it’s over, I just couldn’t be bothered and it’s not like many people read this anyway.
I’ll end up reviewing something else and if you have any knowledge of the next season and what I primarily focus on, you can probably guess what that will be. Also scrap that post after new years, I’ll do a season preview in a day or so, it’s not a great season but its got a few titles that look like they are going to be amazing.
Also the things that have been attained this past month, I have 2 new Nendo’s, a new AC (haven’t started building it yet), some miniature gachapon figures, an artbook, a calender, and 2 new figures ($_$). I’ll post about them, and I’ll also post about my new computer… Okay basically, the computer has taken up nearly my whole time; it’s a beast. It can chew through games and I have basically been spending too much time on it. Inc Posts soon.
Yay! I had a pretty good relaxing day today. Birthday crept up on me so quickly, and I feel old at 22. Today, I had a good sleep, despite the whole insomnia thing and I hung out with a friend for a small portion of the day. We went out for lunch and watched some TV Series at my place, then I dropped her home and I watched some TV with my parents. We rented some movies and got Chinese Food. As for my cake; My dad has nightshift so my mum bought me a cheesecake (Delicious) and we plan to make one tomorrow for when he’s around (Even though I don’t really care for the whole Birthday Celebration thing).
To me birthdays are like my own private celebration and I hate gatherings where I am center of attention, so I hardly ever have parties for such an occasion. It’s just a day where I have free reign in my family and blessings from everyone I know, which is great. Oh yeah there’s also the presents ^_^
So basically, I have been bogged down with things I have to be doing rather then commenting and catching up with all the anime in my downloaded folder. While I have been able to watch a lot of it, blogging about it is a different story, it is time consuming at the moment and it will get easier soon with my exam(s) creeping up and soon to be going away.
The reason I haven’t done much in the past month is because the entire 2-3 weeks leading up until now have been Assignment and Study times for University. Things that I have done are adding in a MAL RSS feed in the sidebar. You can see what I’ve been watching ^_^ and also what I haven’t.
You can see from what I watch that I’m willing to give pretty much anything a go and I will enjoy most things from the beginning, but half the time I lose interest and end up forgetting all about it. It’s really shows that I look forward to and have staying power that I enjoy immensely, if they have both of those I end up watching it till the end, and actually wait patiently for subtitles to emerge.
Umineko is up to episode 20 this week, Letter Bee should be episode 5 or 6, and I was going to do a post on Shakugan no Shana S OVA aswell. I’ll do them as soon as possible. Going to have to go on a blogging binge to catch up with Umineko though XD
